For a while, everything felt like it needed to be shared. A photograph, a morning coffee, a hotel room, a thought that probably didn't need to become a caption.
Then I decided to disappear for a little while.
Not completely. I still took photographs. I still travelled. I still made things. I just stopped asking whether every moment deserved an audience.
Something strange happened. Life became quieter, but somehow much fuller.
There is something liberating about experiencing a moment without immediately wondering how it will look on a screen.
Maybe the feed is useful. Maybe it is even part of the job. But it doesn't have to be the whole world.
